Blackstone Broccoli

Seasoned, slightly blackened broccoli cooked on the griddle!

Cook broccoli on the griddle with stalks up! -

Ingredients

- 1 lb fresh broccoli, Whole
- 1 TBSP Avocado oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- to taste Onion powder
- to taste Garlic powder
- 1 TBSP Butter
Instructions
Rinse the broccoli.
Cut the florets off and dispose of large stalks (or make it into broccoli soup).
Dry as much as possible.
Preheat the griddle on high.
Pour some avocado oil on griddle.
Place florets on cooking surface with stalks facing up.
Cook for 5 mins or so, covering them if you can.
Toss the broccoli! Mix it up some.
Cook another 5-10 mins or so. Taste test until you get the desired hardness or softness.
Move into large bowl.
Add butter & spices and mix them in.
Serve and enjoy!
